Limited overs specialist Andrew McDonald has been transferred from Delhi Daredevils to Royal Challengers Bangalore for the DLF IPL-5 season. The 30-year-old Australian McDonald was bought at a transfer fee of USD100,000 by the Vijay Mallya owned Royal Challengers Bangalore. McDonald has so far played four Tests for Australia with a fifty and 9 wickets to speak of his performance at the highest level. He is currently playing for the Melbourne Renegades in the ongoing KFC Big Bash League.
The other transfer that has taken place in the IPL is Punjab medium-pacer Harmeet Singh going to the Kings XI Punjab from Deccan Chargers.
